Telecable/Excom Chaos
We had Telecable Broaduinstalled a year ago and it worked just fine. Coming back here for the winter, we have no internet. The Telecable WiFi code was showing, but no internet After calling them someone apparently fiddled with the system. Now not even the WiFi code shows. I have reset the router 3 times. All to no avail. I am frustrated. Speaking to other Telecable customers, everyone agreed, since the takeover by Excom the service has been chaotic. What’s your experience? Has anybody a recommendation for a more professional provider?
