Hi everyone my partner and I are moving out next year .Can anyone recommend a reputable solicitor who deals with property purchases.I may have watched to many disaster programs and feel very scared and apprehensive about the whole experience but carnt wait to relocate .All information would be very much appreciated thankyou .
Hi, we have just used a solicitor called Carmen who has her own agency in torrevieja, she is amazing, so trustworthy, inexpensive and does over and above what is expected, she has now become our friend as well as our lawyer and any issues we have in Spain when we're not there she sorts for us (arranging Internet, air con fitting etc) Carmen conejero, her law firm is Blau solicitors, tel: 0034 96571 8795, mobile: 0034 609 318 415
She speaks very good English. I recommend giving her power of attorney.
Please tel her Steve and Cheryl put you onto her if you decide to use her ( her fees are even lower if you pay her cash 😉)

Hi Janet55, I used Aroca Sequir &Associados, office in Torrevieja. They also do everything for you and reasonably priced. Staff speak good English and also can do power of attorney if you so wish. contact details available on Google. Good luck with your move.
