Are there many social activities for 16/17 year olds?

Hi, we are a family of two adults and one 16/17 year old daughter who is planning on moving to Costa Blanca in the next year and a half. We would appreciate any feedback advising of the best areas to live with plenty of social activities for our daughter. We enjoy all things Spanish and enjoy learning about other cultures. We are happy to live in a community with mixed nationalities.
