Hi all I own a property in formentera del segura, Rojales ,I am looking for an exchange to a different area of Spain, formentera del segura is a typical Spanish village, it has a population of about 7000 people and is very Spanish , it is located 15 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Guadamar.

It has a high mix of foreign owners .

The property is a modern 2 bed apartment with a pool on the roof and a large roof terrace ,the community is very strong and the building is highly maintained I am Willing to consider an exchange anywhere on the Spain my property is worth around 100,000
