does anyone have a good recommendation for a kitchen fitter, or company.looking for someone to measure quote order and fit.

You would do much worse than Leroy Merlin.
I've had three of their kitchens now, planned supplied and installed.
More than happy with the choice and quality and none of the independents could come near their price.
