UK Military Pensions are what is known as a Crown Pension and only taxable in the UK. You are required to declare the pension but you will not be taxed. All worldwide income and assets have to be declared to the Spanish tax authorities.

I presume that would be classed as a crown pension and therefore not directly taxable in Spain. However, you would still need to declare it in the appropriate box on your tax return form because it will be taken into account when setting the tax bands that your other income, taxable in Spain, is subject to.

I believe some military pensions are indeed exempt from tax in Spain but for definitive information on particular circumstance you really need to aporoach the Spanish RA authorities.
