I live in a detached house, however, I want to find out if there is an area president or someone to speak with in regards a neighbor.  any suggestions, on how to deal with the issue please.  its noise related issues, and the disturbance of the peace and quiet of my property and life.i appreciate all feedback please.

I am trying to find a lawyer that can handle issues related with my neighbor.  They have been disturbing my peace and quiet.  I can no longer enjoy my outdoors simply because my neighbor feels entitled to have their kids yell, scream and more because they are kids.

Move furniture 

We have been with Sabadell for around 20 years now. We only use the bank to pay our direct debits. My wife went to the bank yesterday to deposit some cash and was told she needed to give her pension details and what tax we pay in the Uk.

The young lady didn't speak much English and our Spanish isn't good so she couldn't explain what we need to do. I don't remember having to do this before. Can someone  explain why we have to do this now? Thankyou  for any help given. Fred

My Mum lives in the area and was seeing a man from La Marina. I advised her against it as I did not trust him or his motives. He has now scammed her out of 5000 Euros and a car that he sold to her then 'borrowed' back and has never returned. Can anyone advise what actions we can take and what evidence the police would need to follow up. I don't have much confidence that we will get the money back but it would be good to try and also to try and stop him doing this to anyone else. My Mum is an 83 year old widow and vulnerable.

I don't want to post his name but would appreciate any advice. Also, please, everyone, be careful and look after your relatives. I tried to warn my Mum but she was insistent that he was a good man.

I need garden waste removed. Is there a company for this in La Marina area please? Any suggestions much appreciated.
