Are there any English bars in Santa Pola?

We are thinking of moving to Santa Pola next year. Are there any English bars? Sports bars for football?

Hello there🙂 there are no English bars in Santa Pola" no sports bars, there are casinos where you can watch English premier League etc, and have a drink 🍺🥂🍻 the Spanish bars show la Liga Spanish football, it is I'm glad to say nothing like gran alacant" or any other urbanisation" it's a beautiful Spanish town with loads of character 🙂 and beautiful marina and beaches on your doorstep" so it depends what you want? There are quite a few ex pat's here who all love it, we live by the port and have everything on our doorstep, good luck with your choice👍. Michael.

Agree. There’s an “Irish” type pub called Bushmills near the Polamar hotel but it’s not a haunt for UK people.

Local bars do put up tv’s for some football but not all the time. They were showing a UEFA qualifiers game the other night.
