Job vacancy: Real Estate Agent / Autonomo - Freelancer possibility
We are looking for EXPERIENCED, self-motivated, customer-oriented, ambitious, German/English/Spanish/ French (minimum two of these) speaking Sales Agents to join our team!
THIS OFFER IS FOR FREELANCER/AUTONOMO POSITION.
As a real estate agent, your task will be:
-bring owners and potential buyers together
-advise and support your clients from the first point of contact to the key handover
-acquire new listings
-benefit from an existing customer base and actively add new clients to it
Requirements:
- minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience using basic software and technology and show a willingness to adapt and learn new systems.
- Negotiation and presentation skills are key
