My wife and I plus 5 little dogs are looking to rent a property long term in and around jalon valley but would consider anywhere if the right property came up we would really appreciate anyone's help.

We have dogs and if you did find somewhere they may rent to us!

Hi Sarah
YOur post was some years ago, but my husband and I are now looking in marina alta in costa blanca north and I thought I might touch base with you to see how you found a rental in the end, who did you go with, any do's or don'ts, and how long was your rental in the end. We know we will need probably 6-8 months to start but with flexibilty to add on after this depending if we find a home to buy next year.
We aim to come over for a rekki in May and finally move in July.

Hi Sarah no we didn’t still looking it’s a bit difficult when having 5 dogs (small) people get put of. Good luck in your search 😊

Hi Jill
It was very easy to find a rental that accepted dogs I came over with 2 staffies and a Mastiff. I rented one place, WITH a private contract and another with an estate agent. Easy to do, I haggled with rental price and in both cases rented for 6 months with the view of extending which I did both times. Look on idealista and on the expat sites you won't have a problem. Good luck and enjoy your new life in Spain.
