I have just bought an apartment in Montemar near Algorfa, I am looking for some floor tiles see attached photo as on the floor there are different tiles and I want them all the same. I am looking for about 40 tiles 33 mm² , I have been to various tile companies in Torrevieca,

Hi there sorry can't help you with tiles. But noticed you have bought property in on tear. We are in the process of buying there and fly out next week to view .any advice on property and the area would be most helpful. Thankyou.

Our apartment is in Montemar the area is nice and quiet only 5 mins walk to restaurants, pubs, small supermarket and other shops,5mins drive La Finca golf course, 10 mins drive to Quesada and beach.
If possible buy a property with a roof solarium with views, but it depends what you are looking for, ask about communal fees if any, suma (local gov tax) and other costs associated with property as it may cost around £1-2k per annum which you need to budget for.

It depends how long you spend out there, what months as winter it cost more electric, maybe €2,000 is a bit much but would certainly budget for around €1,500 which will include water, electric, suma and community fees (if applicable), we are on the Calle de Falle area, do you know where are looking and which estate agent is showing you round
