Hello,

I am recieving mixed messages regarding the status of Adsubia Pinos. On the 'sede catastral'/register I clearly see it marked as 'urbanizable', but I am hearing from someone in Pego that this is not the case. I will check with the ayuntamiento, but I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me from own experience. I know we won't get a mortgage if it is 'terreno rustico'.

This means that there is no "Plan de Actuación Urbanistica" yet, which is necessary for building up anything. Talk to "Urbanismo" in your council for complete info,
