Not within 500m of a wooded area and not if you have received a level 3 warning by phone. If you have your phone alerts off then check with someone who hasn't. Our town hall has issued and extreme heat warning which doesn't actually ban BBQs in private homes but does call for extreme care.

"RED ALERT FOR EXTREME HEAT IN ROJALES
The Rojales Town Council, in collaboration with the Rojales Local Police and Civil Protection, reports the activation of the Red Alert due to high temperatures and the risk of thermal burst, a phenomenon that can cause strong gusts of wind and increase the danger of fires.
Recommendations to protect your safety:
Avoid sun exposure during the middle of the day and limit outdoor physical activity.
Stay well hydrated by drinking water frequently, even if you are not thirsty.
Protect your home by lowering blinds and awnings to reduce heat entry.
During the thermal burst episode:
- Avoid staying in parks, gardens or areas with trees.
- Stay away from items that could come loose or be projected.
- Collect or secure umbrellas, tables, chairs and any loose objects on terraces and balconies.
- Close doors and windows to avoid drafts and protect awnings, blinds and flower pots.
Extreme fire risk. Avoid any action that could cause a fire and exercise extreme caution at all times.
The Rojales Local Police and Civil Protection will maintain a special surveillance and assistance operation to respond to any incident.
In case of emergency, call 112 or 96.671.51.29
Your cooperation is essential to protect all citizens."
Look up the rules on your ayutamiento (Elche?) which has similar and avoids against outdoor activities.
Might not be the cleverest idea to use one at this moment, though.
