Already tried that.They will both in albatera only sell you herbal remedies.
Patches and gel are available over the counter..... maybe try a bigger pharmacy in a town?

Boltin is available over the counter in Spain.
Maybe that they didn't have any in stock and offered you something else instead. Did you ask when they would have it?
