Hello, I am looking for a min 3 bed 2 bath south (or SE, SW) facing property in Aguas Nuevas, Torrevieja. Needs to be quite close to a bus route due to limited mobility. I am looking for around the E200k mark. I currently live in Spain and have country property to sell just put on with an agent. I am quite happy to spend the rest of the winter in my warm centrally heated and insulated country villa with spectacular views but need to have something to move to. If you know of anything that meets my criteria which may be coming on to the market, possibly saving estate agent fees, please get in touch.
My property has HC and no infraction certificate, new septic tank, swimming pool, deeds correct so I am not interested in anything which has any illegal additions.
I have purposely not put this on the property forum as I don't want to be told about property to rent or tourist lets in Benidorm etc.
