Many questions are being asked about what we can and can't do during the lockdown and this is the most detailed I have found,
https://www.elnacional.cat/en/news/coronavirus-catalonia-82-questions-lockdown_482715_102.html

I realise this is from Catalonia but there is very little which is specific to Catalonia. The recent but very limited relaxation for non essential workers makes very little difference to most of us.

Unfortunately item 13 is open to misinterpretation and abuse by those inclined to see things the way they want to, collecting take-away curries for instance.

13. Can I shop at stores outside my municipality?
Only exceptionally and with a justification. Shopping should be carried out as close to home as possible to avoid unnecessary travel and reducing the time outside. However, depending on particular cases, you can go shopping at stores further from your home, including those located in nearby municipalities, when it is a supermarket or similar, so that you can make a concentrated or single purchase. However, when this is the reason for such a trip, you are required to visit the establishment of this type which is closest to your home

The best place to look is on either the La Moncloa site (the government site) or the N332 site which is run in collaboration with officers of the Guardia Civil for English speaking people.

Thanks for that post, Cheryl. I am sure that a list of FAQ’s and answers is very useful to a lot of readers, and it is the first I have seen.
