Why buy a mobile home when you can buy a flat cheaper and have an appreciating asset unlike a caravan - mobile home?

Oh God let's all breath and start again.
There are many mobile home sites around and I just used Google search. Apartments can be noisy and you will have outside space and amenities on a caravan park.
My mum and dad had one in Selsy England. Loved visiting them there. Enjoy your new adventure.

We have recently moved into a static caravan on mi sol in torrevieja and it's the best move we made. On here they have a mixture of houses and caravans

We have just bought a mobile home in Albatera. It's not on the park you are enquiring about and we only peered through the fence at that one so can't really help too much. However, there are a few parks in the area so my advice would be to look at each one and decide which is for you. We absolutely love ours and the facilities suit us.
