Thank you, I have since been told that Chiropractors often refer to themselves as Physiotherapists here and have been recommended one local in Albatera so will post the outcome in the New Year. I am just avoiding anyone who has qualified in Iowa and spouts on about the "Fountain of Chiropractic".

The normal type Physio did not work for me, they made me worse. Only a good Chiro with the drop table and plenty of cracking and stretching helped dealing everything so best of luck. Well worth driving to find a proper 

I agree about Physio but have been recommended that this one does all the cracking! Failing this, I´ll go back to UK to my Chiro in Romsey, much cheaper and quicker than Dr Hans Madsen in Benijofar who alarmed me with arthritis in my hip (can still swim 1 km a day and having no problems whatsoever) and muscle wastage of 3 cms in the affected thigh (I think he needs a new tape measure as mine showed barely 1 cm which is totally normal). An osteopath then told me the trouble was with my stomach and, without taking any medical history and without me knowing what she was doing, spent most of the session working on my emotional "lines" which stirred up my anxiety so bad I ended up in A&E with panic attacks. Am now on Diazepam. I know what it is, my pelvis is out of line, simple click and my back will be fine.

Neck cracked both ways, mid rib cage cracked and pelvis cracked both sides. Then a good 10 minutes under infra red (but deeper), then a long deep tissue massage, then the vibrating cups, then a session on a vibrating bed and I practically floated out of there. All for €35 for over an hour with no follow up required, no pacing up and down with ice packs every half hour and no restrictions on what I can do. Just what Dr Hans Masden said would cripple me.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

Thats a lotta cracking but great work and result. No hard sell either. I was visiting one 3 times a week at €40 per visit last Spring. Only thing cracked was my wallet. Will set up a visit next week. Thanks
