The advert does not exactly say that they ‘accept’ all breeds, it actually says there prices cover all breeds, presumably those that they accept. It appears slightly confusing, I agree, but I don’t really think you can accuse them of falsehoods.

In my country that’s call “información falsa”

i really think you are making a fuss over nothing. With respect, nothing has ´happened´ to you, there has been a mutual misunderstanding and I reiterate, I really don´t see this as deliberately misleading. My advice would be to get over it.

I have been talking to them and arrange a visit and when I call them to say I was coming she ask me what bird of the dogs.

If she asked you what the breed was before you went, you really are making a nonsense! I repeat, you need to get over it.

It doesn’t say that they accept all breeds, at least I can not see that statement anywhere in their advertisement, so they are covered.  There will obviously be certain breeds which in their professional opinion are not welcome. And that opinion will be based on their expertise and experience regarding the particular dogs breed and the breeds reputation. Unfortunately your dog falls into that category. Let’s be honest, they want to provide a service, make as much money as possible safely providing that service, with the least hassle involved. So there are certain breeds of dog which will not allow them to do this. Therefore they can not accept “all breeds” makes sense really. When you told them the breed of your dog they explained that it wasn’t  possible to accommodate it. 

You must be one of them as you getting involved in something that you don’t understand y point.

Staffordshire bull terrier shouldn’t be banded, and if you don’t agree is up to you to stop responding me.

I refer you to the reply above from Hew. If we do not understand then perhaps you could explain precisely your point. Trying to complain because you allegedly seem to believe that Staffordshire Bull Terriers should not be banned is completely irrelevant.
