The business community all know each other intimately so I would imagine Orlando will know this solicitor. As to whether they act against each other,  I doubt, but I'm sure he can advise you how to complain/what to do.

I have a issue that needs dealing with relating to another lawyer in Albir who has withheld money owing to me following the sale of a property in Calpe. 

The Lawyer in question was sent 19000 euros by me 2 years ago, to cover the charges and shortfall of a mortgage.  At the time I estimated this to be between 2000 and 5000 euros more than was needed. But was told I had to send it to cover the costs. For at least 12 months after the sale I have been trying to get a final statement from the solicitor and a return of my money with no joy. I've emailed over 40 times  i'm telephoned over 20 times just been ignored and fobbed off. For those interested and I would strongly recommend you avoid the following lawyer.

Any one with any advice on how to complain against this Lawyer, or recommend a good lawyer who can fight my case I will be gratefully received.
