I have Been refused residencia on  ridiculous reason.

Can I apply again, 4 months later?

I didn't appeal, but went back to the UK for 90 days, as usually required.

What was the reason given for refusal? If you had appealed you wouldn't have needed to leave Spain until the outcome of your appeal was known.

I would imagine that you can now apply anytime you like but if you are a UK passport holder then you would need to start your application at the Spanish consulate in the UK.

Good luck

Hi CarolineJ,

No, you should have appealed within 1 month of your application being rejected.  When appealing a residency rejection, you are allowed to stay in Spain, even if it means you exceed the usual 90 days maximum stay.

Kind regards,

Kim
