I know this is very popular further  down  the coast with lots of ex Pat's, teams ,tournaments etc but haven't  seen  nothing  for  benidorm area  ( I think there's  a kick about  in calpe)

Im  looking  to move  over  but will miss this dreadfully if no one is playing,  please  tell me theres a local bunch of guys at albir playing  weekly!!👍🌝

Hi Albertto, I haven't heard of any Walking Football in this Area, but I would be interested if there were something Started. I suggest you get yourself to the Albir Companions Club in Albir. They have a meeting at the Rober Palace Hotel every Tuesday Morning at around 10-30 . They have Various Social activities and I am sure that will be some interest in starting a Walking Football Activity.  Regards    Chris

Sorry I should have said... The Club doesn't start again until Mid September after a Summer Break.     Chris

Thanks  Chris,

I won't be over  till next year  so you  will have  to start without  me!

I'm amazed and sure there  are  so many brits and other  nationalities who would love  a gentle  kick about,  its MASSIVE back home and I hope benidorm, albir,  altea etc have  more  than enough old ish geezers gagging to step  back onto  a pitch!

Fingers  crossed!

Hi, Albertto, lol, I have also searched for Walking Football in the Albir/ Benidorm Area without Success. If you find anything please let me know and I will do the same if I find anything. Failing that maybe when you come over next year we can Get a Group going in the Companions, because I am sure there will be plenty of interest. I have no Idea of the Rules etc to set up a Group Myself.  Regards.... Chris

Apparently  they run walking  football  from camping villamar, but in the  cooler months I've been informed,  trying to find a bit more  information from the fb page
