Hi I am aware you now need a license to rent out accommodation in Spain, can someone please Inform me how I can locate the document that I need to complete and present to the post office for signing as we have now spent hours trying to locate this on the internet with no success. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

You may already know but to register you have to apply to the Concelleria de Turismo of the Province where your property is located.
Personally I would also ask in your local town hall by email if not in Spain or in person.

Thank you for the link know, we have found this previously but can not open it when downloaded, wouldn't it be good if the authorities simplified these things, it has taken us weeks and we are no further on. Still open to all ideas.
Hi Catherine, did you have any luck in getting your licence, just about to attempt to get ours. I have e mailed our solicitor for advice, but as usual, no reply. In UK at mo, but over later in the month, will try the town hall. Regards Tricia
