Hi,

If you are both UK passport holders and  you  want to live here permanently and want to work you will need to get a work visa.

Work visa will require you to have a firm job offer (before you move) and your prospective employer will need to apply for a work visa on your behalf.

Visas are applied for from the Spanish consulate in London, Manchester or Edinburgh.

All visas available here:

All available work in Spain must be offered to an EU citizen first.

You can't just move to Spain permanently without some sort of visa.
