Hi All

Can anyone please tell me how to add funds (euros) to my wise account from my UK account. I think the process may have changed and the last couple of times I’ve done it I’ve ended up adding to my sterling account (which I didn’t know I had) rather than the euro account and have them had to transfer it to euros, incurring another charge.

It seemed to previously show the euro value for the amount you want to transfer but somehow I can’t get to that stage now.

Any help appreciated.

Thank you

Julie

The act of transferring sterling is what creates the Sterling 'Jar' as Wise call the various currency pots.

If you sent any foreign currency by your method, let's say Norwegian Kroner for instance, you'd find a 'Jar' called that with the money in it.

Sending Euros from UK is just making life more complicated than it need be though, just send £xxx and convert it to Euros in the app.
