opening a bank account

Hi we have bought a property in Urb Montemar as a holiday home all went great except when trying to open a bank account at the now only remaining bank in Algorfa . Having had a property before in Spain we are not totally inexperienced in the buying procedure but things do change. We now need proof of income to do this can anyone enlighten me on this subject. Also I would like the e mail address of the president of rsd altos de san andres 2 to make contact once the buying process is complete If anyone knows it or lives at this urbanisation.

Hi

I used bmn bank in almoradi they did not ask for any of that but i paid in full. I would have thought they would need your income if you had a morgage. Im on the same urb montemar im on calle de manuel falla. If its the same one i can get you the email.

Hi. I am just purchasing a property and opening a bank account with Banco Sabadell. I have had to provide last three months payslips, P60 and passport ID.

Hi guys thanks for the info no mortgage as I am retired I don't get monthly payslips I have bed. Advised I take my p60 and a bank statement should do it I think.going to use the bank In Algorfa Caja rural
