I hope someone can advise. I have a large satellite dish and a new smart tv.
I currently receive only the very basic English channels through a digibox I bought in Spain.
How can I get more channels through my dish as it seems such a waste for such a few channels.
I don't want to get internet/ wifi until I move permenently early next year.

hi Julia we are non resident in spain having PAYG wifi installed soon with VEGA FIBRE who are located in Algorfa .Good price 79 eu to install 59 eu for the router. Its 24.9 eu per full month ,require two days notice when arriving or leaving pay nothing when your not in Spain . You can upgrade to contract if you become resident .

Well you know more than me lol we just bought a place in Urb Montemar be out in Sept the guy I dealt with is named Fransico he rang ne yesterday to confirm installing it got his months mixed up wont be there till late Sept .

Depends what you mean by very basic English channels.
You should get all the free channels - all BBC, ITV, Channels 4 & 5, More 4, Sky News, Euronews, etc etc.
If you're missing any of these, read the instruction book for the receiver and do a targeted scan for them.
Be warned that if you do a full scan, you'll end up with hundreds of channels, and you'd then have to work your way through them and delete all the scrambled and non-English channels.
