I recently bought a new TV but cannot for the life of me get the wireless router and internet to connect. Therefore I can't watch Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Looking to pay someone to fix this problem for me.

If your router is located close to the tv I’d suggest you connect the 2 with a cable rather than rely on a wireless connection, as this would give a more stable, consistent connection.

If this ain’t possible, and you require the wireless option, have you gone into settings section on your tv and located the page that requests wi-fi provider details, username, password etc, as these need to be exactly the same as if you were logging on to a phone, pc etc using the wireless option?

Hi

If you say the make and model of your TV, chances are that somebody on this forum will have direct experience of it and be able to help you

Cheers

Steve

...ion?

Thanks Steve. I've tried most of those things, but some useful tips.
