Hi we are currently staying in our house in Montemar however we are due to fly back to the UK on the 4th April but if our flight is cancelled we have been told that we have to still to return our hire car and the company will not extend our rental. Can anyone please help?
No new rentals are allowed and I assume this means extensions so yes, one of you will have to return the car and get public transport and/or taxi back I'm afraid.

You did not mention which airline you hoped to travel with.
Ryanair have announced today that they do not expect any Commercial flights in April or May.
Other airlines may announce similar news.
