Yes if you are a UK resident.
For 6 months after you gain residency, if you are applying for Spanish residency

We don't know what the law will be next year - who does?
As things stand now though it is OK.

There is zero chance that anything will change for non resident holiday makers driving on UK licences.
It's never been suggested nor is it in the mix of the ongoing saga of exchanging licences or taking Spanish tests.

As far as I am aware then it is OK for a non-resident person to drive in Spain whilst using a UK driving licence. For anything to do with driving in Spain then have a look at the N332 website. It is run in collaboration with officers of the Guardia Civil for English speaking people and has an item on it which is the equivalent of the UK Highway Code.
