Ryanair
I have now received a further email from Ryanair which makes makes it all a little bit clearer, although not really any better!
I had seen posts from people saying do not 'accept' your voucher if you actually require a refund, but the 'voucher' I had received wasnt such at all, just a code number in the main text of the email.
However now I have another email asking me to 'click here' to accept the voucher, if I do not use the voucher before the expiry date (its valid for a year) I will receive a full cash refund.
It doesnt tell me what will happen if I dont accept the voucher, but for now I am not planning to find out, hopefully a further solution will be found. I have also put in a claim to my mastercard credit card citing section 75, which from google searches appeared to show that this would be accepted.
