I wouldn't think twice about reporting anything that would lead to the prosecution of anyone using or providing a false MOT. If they are providing certificates for here you can be sure that they are doing the same for unsafe cars in the UK too.
Once again, the people that use them think that they are above the law, and will effectively take money straight out of my pocket. I despise them and their kind.

I totally agree it's a shame most English expats one guy near us has had one 10 years still on English plates

Check out on DVLA site with reg no ,will give you the vehicles status regarding tax and mot [ Spanish itv is valueless on a foreign registered vehicle unless being matriculated ] If no current MOT the car is totally illegal if being used , wonder what he does for insurance ..!!.
Its not just the Brits the Germans and the Scandinavians are all at it as well , some Finns I know of,hire a warehouse on an ind est and tuck there trucks and cars away whilst they are not here !!!!

Combine DVLA website with www.askmid to check whether the car is registered as having insurance on the UK database.
Then use the "alert cops" app on your smartphone to notify the Guardia Civil of the relevant details. Sooner or later another illegal car crushed and someone else living illegally, or as they like to minimise it "under the radar", put in the authorities' spotlight.
