When trying to sell our house iwas making enquiries with agent to assess there fees etc . And on occasion was told there is no IVA if I did not want a factura.

I wonder if the tax office would like there details.

Honesty and estate agents hmm......

To answer your question, you would have to ask the tax office

I didn't say what national they were ,I know of a Dutch one as well .I think Spain could be the wealthiest country in Europe if it got its act togather and stamped down on these illegal practices.

RayD how right you are.

Of my loose circle of acquaintances, I can't call them friends, I am the only one who is "legal", i.e. resident, tax resident, Spanish car, C.E. healthcare etc. I know several who, to all intents and purposes, run businesses except that they are not registered anywhere.

These people are in my opinion thieves.

They are happy to live here and accept everything that the country and the people have to offer but not to contribute.

The tax reporting link is a good start, as is the "Alert Cops" app for illegal cars, anyone have anything similar for illegal holiday rentals?
