Pilates classes

Club de Tenis. Starts in September.
Usually at 15.45.
I tried this class a couple of years ago and found it very different from other pilates classes. Very quick, upbeat music and no focus on safety. Just the moves. Additionally, she spoke very quickly in Spanish. I speak some Spanish but had problems following her. I'd Check that they have changed or trained the woman who delivers the program.
The two gyms in Quesada used to run more typical classes.

The pilates class is slow, with music played softly in the back ground. The exercises are the same as a friend of mine does in the UK.
Oh, that's good! Sounds like they've got their act together since I left. The venue is much nicer than those in Quesada.

hello, I am coming to spend the winter in Algorfa and would be very interested in joining a pilates class, this sounds ideal. Could you tell me where they are held please?
