Looking for a job: Estate agent - new build - residential
I am looking for a estate agency role, either in residential or the new build sector. I am looking to move to La finca. I have over 15 years estate agency experience in the uk.

Could you tell us what passport you hold?
If it a UK passport you will need to have a work visa to live and work in Spain.
You will need to secure a work position first and then your prospective employer will need to apply for a work visa on your behalf from the Spanish consulate in the UK.

Unfortunately it’s not that easy .
Any prospective employer will have to prove that they cannot find a suitable EU resident/passport holder willing to do fill a vacancy, before it can be offered to a UK passport holder.
Should that ever be the case, as Steve mentioned there’s a lot of extremely expensive jumping through hoops required on both sides.
The vast majority of properties now, seem to be purchased by the Scandinavians, Dutch and Belgians, so being fluent in one of those languages as well as Spanish would be an advantage. But of course people from those countries can work here without visa restrictions.
