Building Services - Montemar/Algorfa

Hi folks,

We're seeking a reliable builder who can add an aluminium frame and windows to cover our rear solarium and lay tiles to the side of our villa on St Andrews Heights. We are also looking at getting Air-Con fitted for 2020.

Can anyone recommend reliable contractors at reasonable rates?

Hi Steve, don’t know if you’ve had your a/c fitted yet , but we arranged ours through Vicente in TIEN 21 in Algorfa & buy all our electrical appliances from there as everyone highly recommended him to us . Also for servicing of aircon.
