Key holding and changeover companies/contacts in Algorfa

I'm Stuart and have a property on Arco Med VI (calle Salvador Dali by the Hotel) on urbanistion de montemar.

My present keyholders/cleaners are unable to continue and am urgently seeking a replacement. I do rent my property and at present only have a few bookings a year. I would be very grateful if you could let me know who you use (or pass this request to them directly) and roughly how much they charge.
