Hi - a couple of questions I'm hoping someone can advise me on please?

I bought an apartment in Algorfa village last October (2019). Will I receive a letter / notification when the SUMA is due (am I right in thinking October in Algorfa?) & to whom/where do I pay it?

Second question - can anyone recommend someone based in the village to advise me on completion & return of a non-resident non-rented property Tax return & payment - how long after buying the property do I need to do this?

Thanks in advance - steep learning curve for me! 🙂

Thank you very much Jim. Very enlightening! I didn't realise that IBI was the tax and SUMA the collecting body!

Just to confirm we too use Angar Taxation Services and highly recommend them. All done by email sending photo of latest IBI receipt, they calculate the tax due, send them the money by bank transfer and receive the paid invoice back for your proof, couldnt be easier.

Regards

Pauline
