Turnover was nearly £66k on a 5 day week and closed for 2 weeks over christmas last year.
We have been trading since 1999 with other shops, this is the last one left which we purchased in 2003. It has been managed by staff for nearly 5 years. The flat was totally refurbished in 2014 and has been lived in for 5 weeks in 3 years. We do not rent it out as use it when we return to the UK.
We are not selling the "business" just the whole building as accounts showed a loss last year due to a hefty wage bill of nearly £500 per week. We have an agent going in to price the whole package tomorrow....if you would like to PM your email I have some photographs.

I think you will find the estate agent that I will use is RICS....not a spiv.....I am not selling the business but the building as previously stated.....I have audited accounts since 1999 and all receipts for the last 9 years.....there was a reason the shop declared a loss last year as we had a refurb and new boilers etc.....

It makes perfect sense to me!!!.....I am selling a fully operational cafe....I am not asking for a premium for the business hence not selling "the business".....not rocket science in my eyes.....go and pester somebody who is remotely interested in the twaddle you speak!
I have 9 years audited accounts which are available to interested parties but non of which you would ever be shown.....

Hilarious.....I'M NAIVE? that's rich coming from someone who lost a 20k deposit on a property not so long ago!!
The accounts are offered because it shows what the business can and is achieving.....butt out and stick with losing heaps of money in good old Beni!
