Hello everyone, i was wondering has anyone had their vaccination booster from the uk and their first two vaccinations from their place of residence here in spain.   Is there any difficulty in having two forms of covid pass  showing that you are up to date with your vaccinations.  I am asking as we  are travelling back to the uk before we receive our booster here, but will be able to receive a booster in England. So we would have the eu covid pass and the Nhs one too. .  Any information would be appreciared.

Hola.

We had the first 2 vaccines in UK.

When returned home we took the nhs certificate into our local Salud and they put onto system.

We now have EU certificate too so I am sure it would work for getting booster jab put on to EU certificate.

You will need to tell your Salud or they will think you haven't had it! We got repeated text messages for appointments here until we did this. Other forms of communication didn't work.

Yes it is possible but takes persistence! Arrived in UK on 19th Nov. Gave my EU covid cert. to my local GP who recorded on his records. Unfortunately it appears that doesn't mean it will immediately up lifted onto your general NHS file. Tried to book a booster online but the system said I had to book a first and second appointment and therefore not eligible for a booster. Spoke to 119 who said they could not help. On the 30th Nov I walked into a vaccination centre, no appointment, and asked for the booster. After some discussion about my EU covid cert, an on duty doctor asked me a few questions about my general health, where and when I had received my two doses, and proceeded to overwrite the NHS system thus allowing me to get the booster five minutes later. I now have a UK booster cert to go with my EU covid cert. It's going to be fun when I get back to Spain getting that recorded at my local Salud! Hope it helps.
