Brits living on the Costa Blanca were interviewed as to their hopes and fears about Brexit. Please watch and feel free to comment :)

Pretty pointless if you ask me.

Mostly common bar claptrap we've all heard 1000 times already and you don't want to hear my opinion of the self styled 'pseudo intellectual' who voted leave.

It added zero to the topic.

Well, I am surprised at the comments about this programme. All the people interviewed were just expressing their views. They were coherent and truly explained how they felt. We all have different views on Brexit and I don't think anybody can say for sure who is right and who is wrong, but it never hurts to hear the other side. The politicians are acting exactly like the public, lots of passion but never agreeing to compromise.

I thought it was poorly made, and very much over-edited, but the views expressed were pretty much balanced to both Remain and Leave. Did I learn anything? No. Have to disagree with the comment earlier in the thread about "typical Brits only concerned about living in their ghettos.." as the interviewees seemed at least to me a decent cross referenced sample of the UK overseas population.

I was interested to hear the younger guy saying that he was embarrassed by the decision to Leave because I have a son of similar age and that is also his feeling.

So, get your bags packed for 20th March everyone, they'll give you the ticket at the airport. We'll be on military planes, maybe a little uncomfortable, remember to bring a brolly as it'll be raining when we land. OK only kidding......dont panic, keep calm and carry on!

"Keep calm 'n carry on"...Almost sure I heard an ostrich say that, (2016) before burrying head in sand. V.

I don't suppose you've heard of irony....

And, in reality, in the absence of a crystal ball, what else can we do until we know the outcome and find out the actual ramifications as opposed to the scaremongering (both ways) that goes on both in the press and on these forums?

What I have been saying for the past two years. We all need a balanced approach, if not we ( according to Donald Tusk ) are all "Doomed To Hell".

"Don't panic"....."We're all doomed...." I think we've heard this before. I made my "brexit" some 2 decades ago. Hence I was denied any democratic involevement BY the country duped by a little red bus. Villas.
