hello   I have my appointment this week in alicante for a nie number. I am British and would like to get some advice on what i need to take with me to get the number

I got mine from the Spanish Consulate in London, the following link informed me of what I needed to take, along with a couple of their forms you download and fill in. Might be similar in Spain? NIE application

thank you   I found it earlier 

I'm hoping I won't need a translator in alicante on Friday

i will go a day before and see if they have someone who speaks English in Ebanisteria 

if not I 'll have to found somebody who can speak Spanish
