Hi everyone

I’ve just read something regarding passport being stamped on Spain exit

I’ve just noticed my passport was stamped in July but not in October when I left Spain

I’m back next week and hoping this won’t be a problem

Any advice please

If you're not an EU resident and you came to Spain in July and then left in October then you might not have enough days left out of the 180. Check the Schengen calculator because how long you can be here depends on the dates you came and left over the previous 180 days.

(Anyone reading my reply sees that I've got it wrong, please tell me because I think I've finally got it worked out. Maybe. 😁)

I travelled on a U.K. passsport in July and my passport was stamped when I left as I passed through the egate

I travelled in September for a week using the same system as above but no one seemed to be concerned to stamp it then

I’m returning next week and hope there are no issues

Any advice please

maybe take proof with you of your return flight, the one where your passport wasn't stamped maybe proof of your test results in Spain and the UK.

Do you have your T.I.E or still hold the old green Residencia?

I've been back and forwards to the UK couple of times this year and showed my T.I.E. I went through the biometric scanner and have not been required to join the passport-stamping queue at any point.

If you have not swapped your old res for the plastic card I can recommend getting on to it.
