Hi
We have groups fighting the government to get our UK State Pension as promised when we turned 60.
I am one of the 1950s women expecting this but have to wait now until 2023.
Hope I've answered your question ?
Sylvia
Hi Kim
Please join the WASPI International group - I am part of this with a local group for Alicante.
We paid in for many years and had a contract with the government to receive our UK State Pension when we turned 60.
What are we supposed to live on without our Pension ?

Hi
Yes I am a Spanish resident and born in 1956 in the UK worked up to the of 60
Hi, i’m 63 tomorrow, so born in 1955. I’ve got to work until i’m 66 so I don’t understand how you finished at 60. I am very very aggrieved at the injustice dished out by the uk government. My husband and I have planned for years to retire to Spain (he’s five years older so already retired) we should have retired at the same time and that’s been completely wrecked as he’s having to wait here with me in the uk as we wouldn’t be able to manage over there on one pension. We do have a holiday home in Albatera so spend as much time as we can in Spain but not the same as moving there.
