Im thinking of renting my flat out long term, what is the procedure for registering etc & is it best to do everything via a lawyer?
Has anyone done this recently & is it an easy thing to set up, advertising via an estate agent probably the best bet but they will charge a fee I assume?

Hi. It's very easy, a reputable estate agent will vet the tenants to see if they earn 3 times the rent, the agents will charge the first months rent, lettings are in high demand right now in Alicante city, so if it's reasonably priced it will get snapped up.
