Has anyone recently applied for the convenio especial? I want to know what happens once the application and direct debit forms are sent to the Alicante office. We sent our forms in December but not heard anything since.

It took over 3 months for us to get a reply once that was done we had to go to Alicante to sign a form and collect our cards
