Health care insurance for pre existing conditions

This question has been asked many times. I’ve yet to hear of anyone that has managed to find a company, other than one member who had a quote for around €14000!

Unfortunately, it appears the only way to get cover for pre existing conditions is to join Covenio Especial, which can be done, if applying for a NLV, after the first year of purchasing PHC. 🤪🥂

My reference to NLV (Non Lucrative Visa) will be explained. It could be that you may need a different type of visa, depending on your circumstances and intent when moving to Spain. 🤪🥂

If you’re not going to work, you’ll need a “non lucrative visa” which needs to be applied for from your home country. You can no longer apply when you are in Spain.

Financials, round figures, €27000 per annum for the first person, €6000 each additional family member
