Hello

We are British (My husband is retired) & I should be getting a UK Pension as I turn 60 in April but with the changes to the UK Pension now who knows when I will start receiving this. I am his dependent as I will not be working in Spain. We live on his Pension.

We just moved to Spain and we're trying to find out info about Health care - are we able to get this here as we are British ?

We have not been living in the UK for many years. He is 72 & I will be 60 soon !

Hello Silvya good morning,

If your husband is over UK retirement age you might be entitled to free heath care from Spanish NHS. You'd need to contact Department of Health and Social Security in Newcastle to find out if you are entitled to the S1 form which you would present to the Spanish health authorities to get on the spanish state system.
