I am curious as to how many will or would use a personal trainer? If so what would you expect? How much would you pay? and where would you prefer the training at home on the beach in the gym ?

I am a qualified NLP coach and Personal Trainer and Nutritionalist, but i work with people at their homes their gyms the beach we even do urban workouts. I am in Asia at present as i have clients everywhere but will be returning to Costa Blanca at the ed of the year to focus my energies there.
Which gym do you train at ?

Max Gym is a great Gym i don't work in any one gym and do a lot of private work at homes the beach or at your gym with you. But we concentrate on Mind reprogramming then nutrition then the training or incorporate a plan all together

I will be back in Orihuella in October through December as i have a fair few clients that have booked full body transformation packages.
The cost all depends on what you are looking for and what you want to achieve, a general Personal Training Session is 25 euro but there is much more to what we do.
We would need a consultation first to distinguish and identify your goals.
