I've seen this from the independent newspaper not so long ago in the live-travel section. It's from Twitter and here are some screenshots.
Maybe someone can get more information as I've clicked on the BOE and got no joy.

Hi Sue,
This is the second thread I've read on this subject and I still don't understand why you're confused? The change referenced is that people who have a valid and EU-compatible Covid certificate (which includes the UK's NHS certificate) no longer need to complete the Spanish health form for entry to Spain.

I'm not confused....it's just that I've not seen anything much about it. Late last night I saw it on The Local newspaper.
Usually, it's all over Facebook with Euroweekly news, Costa blanca news etc.
I just thought it wasn't true when I posted.
